Managers as Leaders — The Capstone Experience
Betty Falter, RN, MS, CNAA, BC
- The Capstone experience starts at the beginning of Tier II. Each participant will complete a profile to include a brief description
of their position, any projects they are working on, and their goals for attending Tier II. Through an interactive process in the final class, participants will synthesize their own goals identified before Tier II with lessons learned in Tier II.
- The Capstone will also include a retrospective (from Tier I and Tier
II) and introspective (our personal views) examination of leadership,
what it means and what it takes to be a leader.
