Cost and Payment

The fee includes tuition, printed materials, lunches, continental breakfast, refreshments and covered parking, for all four days, as well as a framed certificate of completion.

How to Register

There are four convenient ways to register:

1. Call 480.831.0404, ext. 105.

When you call, an Academy representative will take your information, and you may pay via credit card or pay by check or purchase order using our registration form.

2. Fax Registration Form to 480.839.4780.

3. Mail In Registration Form.
