Cost and Payment
Tier I: $1,000 per participant
Tier II: $1,300 per participant
Directors Only: $2,000
Payment may be made by check or credit card.
The fee includes tuition, printed materials, lunches, continental breakfast,
refreshments and covered parking, for all four days, as well as a framed
certificate of completion.

There are four convenient ways to register:

When you call, an Academy representative will take your information, and you may pay via credit card or pay by check or purchase order using our registration form.
2. Fax Registration Form to 480.839.4780.
